AFAP means you complete your chosen workout ‘as fast as possible’. They are an awesome style of workout to help improve your overall conditioning whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete
The exercises for the workouts have been chosen for their relative simplicity, although there are a few exceptions so choose your workout(s) wisely.
