The revolution of bodyweight training has been growing year on year. So naturally the ability to handstand is high on many wish-lists.
A handstand can prove to be incredibly frustrating to train towards, and can take years to master. It’s important to prepare the body in the correct manner by gradually building up the strength, and mobility, through various progressions to unlock this much sought after skill.
This first edition of ‘The Basics of Learning How to Handstand’ is designed to help everyone from beginners through to those who are just looking to improve their current handstand. But this isn’t a complete go-to guide. What I show you, are the exercises and mobility drills that I feel have helped myself and my clients the most. It isn’t a comprehensive list. Consider it more of an essential list, i.e the exercises and drills you absolutely should be doing.
